I. Participation in the Program
1.1 The affiliate program is intended for individuals over 18 years of age and legal entities.
1.2 Participation is voluntary and free of charge.
1.3 By registering in the program, the participant agrees to these terms.
II. Definitions
2.1 Affiliate partner – a registered person who promotes services and earns commissions.
2.2 Referral (referred user) – a new user who registers through the affiliate partner's recommendation.
2.3 Commission – a reward for referring services, paid to the affiliate partner.
2.4 Discount – a price reduction for a new user.
III. Rewards and Discounts
3.1 The affiliate partner receives a commission of 10–30% of the value of each order, including their own.
3.2 A new user who uses an affiliate link/code and simultaneously registers in the affiliate program receives a 30% discount on their first service.
3.3 A user who registers in the affiliate program without a referral also receives a 30% discount on their first service.
3.4 Commissions and discounts are calculated only from paid and completed services.
IV. Commission Payout
4.1 Payout is made based on a payout request and meeting the minimum amount (e.g., 500 CZK).
4.2 For individuals without a business ID, it is necessary to provide identification details (name, address, birth number) and sign the payout request.
4.3 Commissions can be paid by bank transfer or used as a discount on another service.
V. Ethical Principles and Abuse
5.1 Spamming, misleading, or otherwise abusing affiliate links is prohibited.
5.2 In case of fraud or abuse, the operator reserves the right to block the account and refuse to pay rewards.
5.3 Each participant is responsible for the accuracy of their information and compliance with laws.
VI. Final Provisions
6.1 The operator reserves the right to amend these terms at any time.
6.2 Participants will be informed of changes to the terms via email or through the web platform.
6.3 These terms take effect on the date of publication.
This program is not a public offer under the Civil Code, and the operator reserves the right to refuse registration without stating a reason.
